Description

DevOps Engineer for Toronto-based regulated infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines with integrated security gates.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible.
• Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting for system reliability.
• Ensure DevSecOps practices and audit-ready infrastructure.
• Manage multi-cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid environments.

Required Skills

• 7+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Mandatory AWS experience; proficiency in Azure and GCP.
• Strong background in distributed systems and high availability.
• Experience in regulated environments (Banking/FinTech preferred).
• Core skills: Docker, Kubernetes, Python, Bash, Go, or Ruby.
• CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Infrastructure tools: Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
• Database familiarity with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Oracle.
• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or equivalent certification.

Preferred Skills

• CKA certification.
• Knowledge of financial systems (SWIFT, ISO 20022).
• Exposure to eBPF, DPDK, or HPC (GPU/FPGA).
