Description

You will own end-to-end deployment planning, execution, and monitoring for reliable, repeatable IT services. You will translate technical expertise into actionable recommendations for efficiency, scalability, and security while driving consensus among stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage deployment schedules, ensuring alignment with service level objectives.
• Establish infrastructure for tracking changes, converting data into accurate reporting and risk assessments.
• Provide subject matter expertise to IT support segments, developing remediation and collision avoidance strategies.
• Communicate clearly with senior leadership, articulating impacts, accomplishments, and operational risks.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in information systems operations, service management, or systems analysis.
• 5+ years of experience in deployment, IT project management, or IT operations.
• Advanced knowledge of software development and service management lifecycles.
• Proficiency with IT workflow tools: ServiceNow, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Professional familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and continuous delivery practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
