Description

You will lead Salesforce CRM deployments through Azure DevOps adoption and automation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement CI/CD pipeline integrations specifically for Salesforce CRM deployments via Azure DevOps.
• Develop architectural patterns and reusable YAML templates to streamline implementations across multiple teams.
• Automate pre- and post-deployment steps and refine DevOps best practices for security and performance.
• Collaborate with developers and project managers to align technical solutions with project timelines.
• Provide hands-on technical assistance to develop processing logic across all platforms.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience supporting Salesforce CRM deployments via Azure DevOps.
• Expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.
• Proficiency executing SFDX commands and managing Metadata API and XML deployments.
• 3+ years of experience with PowerShell and/or Python automation.
• Strong knowledge of Git branching strategies and source code management.
• Experience with SonarQube and CI/CD sandbox administration.
• Understanding of client packaging structures.
• Proven ability to implement continuous integration and deployment for client CRMs.
