Description

You will manage and scale cloud infrastructure to support Big Data applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage scalable, secure cloud infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build and deployment processes.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud resource utilization and performance.
• Implement security best practices and maintain detailed infrastructure documentation.
• Collaborate with development and security teams to implement infrastructure requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, Glue, EMR, VPC, and IAM.
• Extensive experience writing, testing, and deploying Terraform scripts.
• Proficiency with GitHub Actions for CI/CD workflows.
• Experience deploying and managing cloud infrastructure specifically for Big Data applications.
• Strong knowledge of cloud networking and security implementation.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in scripting with Python, Bash, or Shell.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, or Grafana.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
