Description

You will modernize CI/CD workflows across engineering teams by migrating pipelines and enforcing quality standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Convert Azure DevOps classic pipelines to YAML and migrate workflows to GitHub Actions.
• Integrate testing, quality, and security checks directly into CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement test coverage auditing and automated pull request blocking based on coverage metrics.
• Support the transition to trunk-based development and decompose large codebases for independent deployability.
• Provide CI/CD training and coaching to teams on small batch delivery and backlog breakdown.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of direct DevOps experience.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Proficiency in building and managing CI/CD workflows.
• Experience with GitHub Actions.
• Expertise in YAML pipelines.
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and core cultural concepts.
• Strong communication skills for technical training and engagement.
• Any graduate degree.
