Description

You will design and maintain automated system deployments and infrastructure on AWS for the Infrastructure Automation team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated deployments on AWS.
• Partner with Security, Architecture, and Governance teams to ensure compliance.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and tools to support software release cycles.
• Implement automated monitoring for production systems and perform troubleshooting.
• Develop secure, scalable solutions using established architecture design patterns.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure roles.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with Ansible or CloudFormation.
• Proficiency in CI/CD systems such as Jenkins, Kubernetes, ELK stack, or Splunk.
• 1+ years of experience designing and implementing container solutions using Docker on Kubernetes or Amazon ECS.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or other mainstream programming languages.
• Experience with RDBMS and competency with Git version control.
• Knowledge of networking protocols including HTTP, DNS, and TCP/IP.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an HHS Public Trust clearance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting large-scale cloud migrations to AWS.
