Description

You will own the Jira SaaS implementation and integration strategy within the government cloud environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and optimize Jira SaaS for enterprise project management and Agile workflows.
• Design and maintain custom workflows, issue types, and automation rules.
• Build and maintain integrations with GitLab and ServiceNow using REST APIs and webhooks.
• Lead the organizational migration from Azure DevOps and GitLab to Jira SaaS.
• Provide technical guidance on Agile tooling to Scrum Masters and Product Owners.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience administering or engineering Jira (SaaS or self-hosted).
• Proven experience developing custom integrations with GitLab and ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in scripting using Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript.
• Expertise in REST API integration.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Experience with enterprise migrations involving Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of DevSecOps principles and enterprise security standards.
