Description

You will design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable cloud infrastructure for government IT environments, focusing on AWS GovCloud.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud infrastructure across development, testing, staging, and production environments.
• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for cloud resources.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines with integrated security measures.
• Establish security best practices and ensure compliance with government standards such as FedRAMP and FISMA.
• Set up comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems while driving continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or cloud engineering roles.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with AWS services.
• At least 1 year of specific experience with AWS GovCloud.
• Proven track record of developing and deploying cloud-native applications.
• Experience implementing and maintaining secure CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of security principles and compliance requirements in government IT.
• Ability to set up and manage multiple environments (dev, test, staging, prod).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
• History of collaborating with cross-functional teams using Agile values and principles.
