Description

You will own the infrastructure and deployment lifecycle for our applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
• Manage and automate infrastructure provisioning using Chef as Infrastructure as Code.
• Build, deploy, and manage containerized applications using Docker with Kubernetes or OpenShift orchestration.
• Develop automation scripts using Shell scripting and Python.
• Implement and maintain monitoring and logging solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK Stack.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in DevOps practices.
• Expertise with CI/CD pipelines and GitLab.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes or OpenShift).
• Proficiency in Python and Shell scripting for automation.
• Experience implementing monitoring stacks, including Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK Stack.
• Familiarity with Linux-based environment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of Java for integration tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OpenShift specifically.
• Advanced Chef configuration management.
