You will build and mature the DevOps function by transitioning legacy applications into a modern, scalable ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the construction of a centralized DevOps platform supporting CI/CD, environment provisioning, and developer self-service.
• Modernize legacy applications by implementing modern DevOps tooling, automation frameworks, and best practices.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines across various technologies and application teams.
• Implement automation using Ansible, scripting, and infrastructure-as-code methods.
• Troubleshoot complex pipeline, build, deployment, and environment issues across multiple development teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps engineering and CI/CD platform creation.
• Strong experience with on-premises environments, including CI/CD and networking fundamentals.
• Proficiency with Ansible for automation.
• Expertise in Git/GitHub, including repos, actions, workflows, and branching strategies.
• Strong coding/scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Proven experience modernizing legacy applications through automation.
• Ability to design scalable, automated DevOps architectures for multiple teams.
