Description

You will own the automation, reliability, and scaling of production systems using Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop software to automate manual operational tasks, including deployment configuration, to reduce errors.
• Design and manage monitoring tools for system health, performance, and capacity, including logging and dashboards.
• Participate in on-call rotations to resolve critical production issues and conduct post-incident reviews.
• Improve system scalability, security, and performance through design reviews and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure software reliability, maintaining Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Indicators (SLIs).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
• Strong proficiency in Kubernetes and Docker containerization.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider: AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Azure.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Go, Ruby, Java, or Shell.
• Deep understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems, networking, and distributed systems.
• Strong analytical skills for debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Experience balancing rapid feature releases with platform stability.
• Background in systems engineering with a focus on production reliability.
