Description

You will provision, support, and troubleshoot UNIX operating systems and manage containerized environments for a state government client.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Provision, support, and troubleshoot UNIX operating systems including AIX and Solaris.
• Manage containerized environments using Docker, OpenShift, ROSA, Kubernetes, and EKS.
• Configure and support Linux installations and AWS EC2 and ALB provisioning.
• Maintain technical and user documentation for system processes.
• Operate within Agile methodologies and processes.

Required Skills

• Minimum 4 years of experience with Bash, Ksh, Perl, PowerShell, or Ruby.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with Python scripting.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with UNIX (AIX & Solaris) provisioning and troubleshooting.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with Docker, OpenShift, ROSA, Kubernetes, or EKS.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with Terraform and Linux configuration.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with AWS EC2 and ALB provisioning.
• Minimum 4 years of experience writing technical and user documentation.
• Experience working in public sector or government environments.

Preferred Skills

• AWS, Kubernetes, or DevOps tool certifications.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
