Description

Manage Salesforce development and the deployment of Salesforce and CRMA solutions in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment strategy and efforts using Agile methodologies.
• Handle SFDC Lightning configuration and customization.
• Support the Salesforce delivery pipeline to enable frequent, dependable releases.
• Deploy releases across various environments and perform hotfixes and rollbacks as needed.
• Verify successful deployments and troubleshoot functionality, security, and data issues related to Salesforce, Analytics, and AI/ML modules.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of Salesforce experience.
• 1+ years of CRMA development experience.
• 3+ years of DevOps experience building and maintaining automated production-grade systems in Agile environments.
• Proficiency with scratch orgs and implementing package-based deployments in Salesforce.
• Hands-on experience with Java, JavaScript, Python, Jenkins, Bit Bucket, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience building and deploying Docker containers.
• Experience automating device configurations, monitoring, reporting tools, and alerting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Experience with Azure, Snowflake, and Tableau BI.
