Description

Own the implementation, operations, and security of core cloud components and CI/CD pipelines.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical implementation and operations of core components, platform interfaces, and security interfaces including API Management, web reverse proxies, and WAF.
• Define and deliver feature and operational improvements following Enterprise Architecture and Security principles alongside Product Owners and Architects.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure, and monitoring; coordinate releases and provide 2nd/3rd level support for solutions.
• Execute evergreen activities with product teams and continuously explore new technologies to drive technical changes on the cloud platform.
• Stay current on trends in Observability, Software Architecture, Security, and Cloud Computing.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience as a DevOps, SysOps, or Software Engineer.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or similar field.
• Proven experience with microservices architecture, AWS public cloud, and REST APIs design.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tooling, specifically GitLab, Terraform, and EKS.
• Experience with Pub/sub and event-driven architecture.
• Proficiency in a programming language (Java preferred) and scripting.
• Comfortable working in Agile teams with a focus on continuous delivery.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with content delivery networks and web application security.
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
