Description

You will design and implement end-to-end observability solutions across applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, alerts, and telemetry frameworks for real-time visibility into system health.
• Build automation solutions to eliminate repetitive operational tasks and improve efficiency.
• Define and implement SLIs, SLOs, and alerting strategies to improve service reliability.
• Drive improvements in MTTD and MTTR through actionable alerts and telemetry-driven insights.
• Integrate observability platforms with CI/CD pipelines, cloud services, and ITSM tools.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Observability Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or related domains.
• Strong proficiency with Splunk, AWS, and GCP.
• Experience with Python, Terraform, and infrastructure as code.
• Knowledge of Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and distributed tracing.
• Strong understanding of SLIs, SLOs, and incident response frameworks.
• Experience implementing metrics, logs, events, and distributed tracing (MELT) across distributed systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AIOps platforms, intelligent alerting, and predictive alerting.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, containerized environments, and cloud-native architectures.
