Description

You will establish and manage enterprise SecDevOps and CI/CD pipelines from scratch while ensuring compliance with non-functional requirements and security standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement enterprise and technology-mandated non-functional requirements (NFRs).
• Align delivery against performance metrics and SLAs by building tools for adherence.
• Collaborate with Infosec, Infrastructure, and Operations to standardize CI/CD and SecDevOps practices.
• Manage and remediate IT risk and technical debt.
• Establish production operating models for change, incident, and defect management.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience establishing CI/CD and SecDevOps pipelines.
• 7+ years of experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Openshift containers.
• 5+ years of experience with Cloud Providers (OCP, GCP, Azure).
• 5+ years of experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Harness, GitHub, Maven, Gradle).
• 5+ years of experience with DevSecOps tools (SonarQube, GitLab, Checkmarx, Black Duck).
• 5+ years of experience with Deployment, Logging, and Monitoring tools (ELK Stack, Splunk, AppDynamics, Liquibase).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Shell).
• 3+ years of experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow workflows for change, incident, and defect management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience aligning delivery against strict performance metrics and SLAs.
