Description

Lead and implement scalable CI processes for networking products while supervising a team of five or more DevOps engineers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of five or more DevOps engineers.
• Architect, implement, and support scalable CI processes for multiple products.
• Collaborate with global DevOps, IT, and security teams to improve CI practices.
• Build infrastructure for reliable development and release processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall hands-on experience in DevOps, focused on CI/CD and infrastructure development.
• 5+ years leading DevOps organizations in mid-range or enterprise companies.
• Proficiency with Linux OS distributions and strong knowledge of build systems, specifically Jenkins or similar.
• Proven knowledge of Git SCM administration.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Groovy.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Solid understanding of Linux system administration.
• Experience building and scaling teams in high-growth environments.
