Responsibilities

• Lead DevOps capability improvement across engineering feature and platform teams.
• Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines for reliable and continuous delivery.
• Mentor and coach teams on DevOps best practices and delivery optimization.
• Assess DevOps maturity, identify capability gaps, and drive transformation.
• Enable teams to measure and visualize delivery flow and value metrics.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD, or platform engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience in CI/CD pipeline design and implementation.
• Experience deploying and managing production-grade systems.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes for container orchestration and scaling.
• Proficiency with Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools.
• Strong understanding of DevOps maturity models and transformation practices.
• Experience in mentoring engineering teams and driving capability uplift.
• Ability to analyze and improve delivery flow and operational efficiency.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
