You will lead the DevOps team in resolving complex OpenShift container issues and directing technical decisions for the infrastructure domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Guide engineering teams through complex OpenShift container challenges.
• Direct technical decision-making within the DevOps domain.
• Oversee team processes related to OpenShift infrastructure.
• Provide architectural guidance and implementation direction.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps practices.
• Deep, strong knowledge of OpenShift.
• Proven experience guiding technical teams on architecture and implementation.
• Background transitioning from hands-on DevOps engineering to an Architect or Manager role.
• Familiarity with general DevOps principles.
