Description

Manage cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines within a GCP environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and scale cloud infrastructure using Google Cloud Platform services.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery.
• Orchestrate containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Configure networking components including VPC, DNS, and load balancing.
• Automate system tasks through Linux administration and scripting.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of DevOps and Cloud Infrastructure experience.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience specifically with Google Cloud Platform.
• Proficiency with Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible for infrastructure-as-code.
• Experience configuring CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or Travis CI.
• Extensive experience with Docker and Kubernetes (GKE).
• Deep knowledge of GCP services: Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, VPC, Cloud Functions, IAM, Cloud SQL, Cloud Pub/Sub, and Cloud Monitoring.
• Strong Linux/Unix system administration skills.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or Shell scripting.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, VPNs, and load balancing.
