Description

You will lead an enterprise-scale migration from GitLab to GitHub for over 4,000 users.

Responsibilities

• Execute the migration from GitLab CI pipelines and workflows to GitHub Actions.
• Develop and implement Repository Governance Models, including user provisioning, role assignment, and access revocation.
• Establish Security Governance Models, performing code scanning and vulnerability identification alongside application teams.
• Build IaC code standard templates for AWS and Azure services using Terraform or Ansible.
• Create and maintain platform audit standards, reports, and application code templates for cross-project use.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in DevOps or migration roles.
• Proven track record of enterprise-level GitLab to GitHub migrations.
• Expertise in migrating GitLab CI pipelines to GitHub Actions.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform or Ansible for GitHub Foundation setup and template builds.
• Solid understanding of AWS and Azure cloud environments.
• Experience managing Jenkins repositories and workflows.
• Ability to incorporate DevSecOps standards and practices into the GitHub platform.
• Experience managing repository governance and security scanning.
• Any Graduate degree.
