Description

You will administer, configure, and maintain GitLab environments across AWS Cloud and on-premises infrastructure.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain shared GitLab Runners for performance and scalability.
• Integrate GitLab with SAML, JIRA, and Nexus for DevSecOps workflows.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, CI/CD pipeline, and runner issues.
• Design and execute backup/restore strategies and Disaster Recovery plans.
• Monitor infrastructure health, GitLab performance, and runner utilization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with GitLab architecture and functionality.
• Hands-on expertise with GitLab APIs for automation and integration.
• Experience managing GitLab environments in AWS Cloud (self-managed).
• Experience maintaining self-managed GitLab on-premises infrastructure.
• Proficiency in managing CI/CD Pipelines and GitLab Runners.
• Demonstrated experience with GitLab migration projects (e.g., to/from Bitbucket).
• Ability to develop automation scripts for operational tasks.
