Description

You will manage and develop computing and infrastructure systems across private and public cloud environments. You will own the stability, security, and automation of critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations for Linux server instances across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Execute patch planning, vulnerability assessments, and workflow design for quarterly security updates across multiple distributions.
• Perform proactive performance monitoring, capacity planning, and system tuning.
• Maintain technical documentation for system configurations, processes, and technical guides.
• Coordinate and execute approved changes during maintenance windows in a 24x7 on-call environment.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), CentOS, Ubuntu, Suse, and Debian.
• 4+ years of experience developing Ansible playbooks, Shell, and Python scripts.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud environments.
• Proficiency with security tools including CISCO AMP, Nessus Tenable, and Tanium.
• Experience managing VMware, vCenter, and ESXi.
• Ability to author and implement automation for complex administrative tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field, or equivalent years of qualifying experience.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of OpenShift and Kubernetes platforms on-prem and in the cloud.
• Expertise in monitoring, performance tuning, and maintaining Kubernetes clusters.
