Description

Lead DevOps initiatives and manage offshore development teams to deliver infrastructure and automation solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and GoCD.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Direct and lead offshore DevOps developers on technical tasks.
• Integrate security and code quality tools like Veracode and SonarQube into the deployment lifecycle.
• Drive technical initiatives independently and provide regular status updates to clients.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps or infrastructure roles.
• Deep expertise in Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud environments.
• Proficiency in Python, Shell scripting, and YAML.
• Experience building pipelines in GitLab or GoCD.
• Working knowledge of Veracode and SonarQube.
• Proven ability to lead and direct technical teams.

Preferred Skills

• Strong communication skills for client-facing status reporting.
