DevOps Lead

Lead the infrastructure-as-code strategy and platform deployment across cloud and hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Own infrastructure-as-code for Kubernetes deployments, CI/CD integration, and monitoring.
• Develop generic IaC to enable seamless installations across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Manage platform availability on AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud marketplaces.
• Optimize cloud resource utilization for development and QA environments to control costs.
• Collaborate with developers to extend IaC for new components and streamline code rollouts.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience deploying and managing large-scale Kubernetes applications.
• Proven experience as a DevOps Lead with advanced troubleshooting of Kubernetes configurations.
• Expertise in building CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
• Hands-on experience developing YAML and Helm charts for Python, GoLang, Java, UI, and AI applications.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes security configuration and deployment best practices.
• Strong Linux and scripting skills.
• Experience with web servers, load balancers, and IDPs including Nginx, Traefik, AD, and LDAP.
• Knowledge of databases and big data stacks including Postgres, ClickHouse, and Apache Hadoop.
• Experience managing IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS components in AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

Preferred Skills

• Interest in GitOps, cybersecurity scanners, and AI workflows.
• Knowledge of data lake and lake house deployment.
