Description

Lead a technical team while managing hands-on DevOps operations, infrastructure stability, and CI/CD pipeline maintenance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor team members in daily DevOps activities and operational tasks.
• Oversee Linux and Kubernetes environments to ensure system stability and performance.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, and Maven.
• Configure and manage containerized workloads using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Monitor system health and troubleshoot issues using ELK, Grafana, Appdynamics, and Sysdig.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of industry experience in DevOps or SRE roles.
• Strong expertise in Linux (RedHat) and UNIX operating systems.
• Advanced Shell scripting and automation capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm for container orchestration.
• Proficiency with Git, GitHub, Maven, Nexus, and SonarQube.
• Experience with web servers including Apache, Tomcat, and NGINX.
• Knowledge of monitoring stacks: Elasticsearch, Kibana, Grafana, Appdynamics, and Sysdig.
• Experience managing Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB databases.
• Understanding of high availability, clustering, load balancing, and auto-scaling.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
