Description

Lead the architecture and implementation of an end-to-end DevOps engineering system to support product and engineering organizations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement a coherent DevOps strategy using modern, resilient patterns and system thinking.
• Partner with automation, quality, and security SMEs to design and institutionalize a unified engineering system.
• Define and adopt DevOps tooling for FICCO and Platform pipelines in collaboration with architecture and security leads.
• Analyze data trends and pain points to inform decision-making and prioritize engineering product improvements.
• Guide product engineering teams through the adoption of standardized DevOps practices and continuous improvement feedback loops.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or software engineering with a focus on continuous delivery.
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies, specifically Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong programming and scripting capabilities in Python, Go, or Java.
• Experience managing version control and CI/CD workflows using Bitbucket, GitHub, and Jenkins.
• Familiarity with Kafka for distributed messaging.
• Proven ability to develop automation that creates value across the end-to-end DevOps process.
