Description

Lead the modernization of DevOps processes and guide a cross-disciplinary engineering team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor DevOps Engineers, Release Engineers, and DBAs.
• Oversee DevOps process modernization aligned with Azure architecture.
• Manage deliverables, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
• Drive project planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Implement strategies for continuous improvement of DevOps practices.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience, including 4+ years in a lead capacity.
• Recent Banking industry experience.
• Advanced Azure DevOps skills (Git, Boards).
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools: Octopus Deploy, TeamCity, Jenkins, Ansible, or Azure Pipelines.
• PowerShell scripting and SQL query proficiency.
• Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams.
• Strong project management skills.
• Systems Engineering or Admin background (IIS, Azure Web Apps migration).
• In-depth Microsoft Azure Cloud Services and cloud migration experience.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or PowerBI.
• 3+ year tenure stability in previous roles.
