Description

Lead DevOps efforts to enable SaaS products on a dedicated platform. Own automation, high availability, and performance tuning.

Responsibilities

• Design custom automation solutions based on application requirements and workload characteristics.
• Implement High Availability architectures to maintain 99.99% availability SLAs.
• Perform performance tuning to identify bottlenecks and minimize response times.
• Collaborate with Product Architects on application architecture and development lifecycles.
• Manage and run services within large Kubernetes clusters.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in programming and DevOps technologies.
• Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
• Proficiency with Ansible, Terraform, Terragrunt, Helm, and Docker Compose.
• Strong experience building CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins.
• Hands-on experience with Python and Shell scripting.
• Working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Azure.
• Deep understanding of systems fundamentals including OS, networking, storage, and load balancing.
• Experience with middleware such as Kafka, Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, RabbitMQ, Redis, or ZooKeeper.
• Experience working within Agile or Scrum frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Java or Golang.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Stackdriver, or CloudWatch.
• Background in migrating workloads across different cloud platforms.
