Description

You will lead the DevOps function, providing technical guidance and mentoring engineering teams across multi-cloud environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using industry-standard tools.
• Define and maintain the infrastructure automation roadmap leveraging Terraform or Ansible.
• Drive cloud adoption, scalability, and cost optimization across AWS and GCP environments.
• Ensure robust monitoring, logging, and observability using Dynatrace integrated with cloud services.
• Establish and enforce governance for release management, disaster recovery, and security compliance.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in a DevOps leadership role.
• Strong expertise in AWS (EC2, EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudFormation) and GCP (GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage).
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
• Deep expertise in infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipelines, AWS Code Pipeline/Code Build, GCP Cloud Build, CircleCI, Travis CI, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in monitoring and observability with Dynatrace in cloud-native contexts.
• Solid understanding of networking, load balancing, firewalls, and cloud security best practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and bilingual communication skills (Spanish/English).
