Description

Lead DevOps strategy, technical decision-making, and infrastructure workflows for the team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the migration of Jenkins pipelines to GitLab.
• Design and manage infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible.
• Orchestrate containerized workloads using Kubernetes and Helm.
• Develop automation scripts using Python.
• Drive DevOps strategy and technical direction for the team.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or infrastructure roles.
• Direct experience managing Jenkins to GitLab migrations.
• Proficiency with AWS cloud services.
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes (K8s) and Helm.
• Experience with Terraform and Ansible for IaC and configuration management.
• Strong Python scripting capabilities.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals.
• Expertise in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven experience in a leadership or decision-making capacity.

Preferred Skills

• Background in software development to support CI/CD integration.
