Description

You will lead the DevOps team, managing technical delivery, stakeholder communication, and complex infrastructure migrations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead the DevOps team and manage technical delivery.
• Host daily scrums to assign tasks and translate technical requirements.
• Coordinate release cycles with QA and conduct code reviews.
• Act as the primary stakeholder contact and assist developers with ticket follow-ups.
• Escalate critical issues to Incident Management and manage resolution.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total professional experience.
• 5+ years managing technical teams.
• Hands-on experience with complex infrastructure migrations.
• Proficiency in scripting with Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Availability to be contacted during non-working hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Terraform and Ansible.
• Multi-cloud administration knowledge across OCI, AWS, or GCP.
