Description

Lead a team of DevOps engineers to deliver scalable, secure infrastructure and deployment pipelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and configuration management processes.
• Champion DevSecOps best practices across Development, QA, Security, Cloud, and Operations teams.
• Define and enforce SLAs/SLOs for pipeline and infrastructure performance and availability.
• Manage cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
• Support incident response and root cause analysis for major outages.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in DevSecOps.
• 7+ years in a DevOps leadership position.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD Pipelines, AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Expertise in IaC tools including Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Experience with container-based and serverless deployments on AWS.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Bash.
• Familiarity with quality gates in CI/CD and Continuous Testing.
• Experience with deployment patterns like Blue Green and Canary.
• Knowledge of security and governance standards (e.g., SOC2, HIPAA, ISO).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Pyunit, Nunit, and Sonarqube.
