Lead technical teams and manage complex infrastructure operations across hybrid environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams in the delivery and management of IT operations and DevOps practices.
• Manage IBM PowerSystems and IBMi environments, including ACBs.
• Administer NetApp ONTAP storage protocols including NFS, CIFS, iSCSI, and FC.
• Oversee Cohesity hyperconverged storage and AWS hybrid solutions.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in IT Operations, DevOps, or Storage Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience leading technical teams.
• 5+ years managing IBM PowerSystems and IBMi (including ACBs).
• 5+ years managing NetApp ONTAP (NFS, CIFS, iSCSI, FC).
• 3+ years with Cohesity hyperconverged storage.
• Strong AWS experience with S3, EBS, and FSx.
• Advanced knowledge of Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Experience with Jenkins or Azure DevOps for CI/CD.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.

Preferred Skills

• AWS, Azure, or GCP certifications.
• Experience in financial services or banking.
• Expertise in data protection, disaster recovery, and replication strategies.
