Lead a DevOps team to implement automation, infrastructure strategies, and CI/CD pipelines for global projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build, hire, and mentor DevOps professionals, managing career growth and performance.
• Develop and execute DevOps strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to ensure scalable and reliable environments.
• Monitor production environments for reliability, performance, and security.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps environments.
• Proven experience leading and managing DevOps teams.
• Hands-on expertise with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab.
• Proficiency with IaC tools including Terraform and Ansible.
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS, EKS, or GKE).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
