Support, maintain, and optimize middleware environments and customer-facing applications.
Deploy, configure, and manage applications across cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
Perform Linux/Unix systems administration, monitoring, and maintenance activities.
Design, build, and support CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Maven, and Artifactory.
Configure and maintain middleware servers including WebLogic, JBoss, Tomcat, and Apache, including patching and proxy configuration.
Implement infrastructure automation using Ansible, Chef, Puppet, and scripting languages such as Shell, Python, Perl, and PowerShell.
Support containerized deployments using Docker/Podman and orchestration with Kubernetes.
Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues through root cause analysis across production and non-production environments.
Configure and manage identity, security, and access controls, including SSL certificates, RBAC, MFA, Okta, LDAP, Entra ID, OpenSSL, and Keytool.
Monitor system performance and availability using tools such as Datadog, Splunk, Grafana, Kibana, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and Nagios.
Maintain technical documentation, deployment records, release handovers, and project updates.
Collaborate with engineering, QA, product, and leadership teams in Agile, Scrum, or Kanban environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Middleware Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Support.
Strong experience with Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms.
Experience with Linux/Unix system administration and middleware technologies.
Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and scripting.
Understanding of networking concepts including DNS, DHCP, Load Balancers, Firewalls, DMZ, TCP/IP, HTTP, SOAP, and REST APIs.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in enterprise environments.
Experience with Blue/Green and Canary deployments.
Exposure to high-availability systems, infrastructure monitoring, capacity planning, migrations, patching, and hotfix implementations.
Familiarity with container orchestration and modern DevOps best practices
