Description

Support and optimize middleware environments, cloud infrastructure, and customer-facing applications across Azure and AWS.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure applications on Azure and AWS cloud platforms.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Maven, and Artifactory.
• Manage middleware servers including WebLogic, JBoss, Tomcat, and Apache, handling patching and proxy configurations.
• Implement infrastructure automation with Ansible, Chef, Puppet, and scripting languages like Shell, Python, and PowerShell.
• Troubleshoot production issues through root cause analysis and maintain system documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Middleware, or Infrastructure Support.
• Strong proficiency with AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
• Extensive experience with Linux/Unix system administration.
• Hands-on expertise with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Maven, WebLogic, JBoss, and Tomcat.
• Proficiency in Shell and Python scripting for automation tasks.
• Knowledge of networking concepts including DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP, and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Podman) and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog, Splunk, or Grafana.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Blue/Green and Canary deployment strategies.
• Exposure to high-availability systems, capacity planning, and migrations.
