Description

You will own performance engineering within a DevOps environment, automating applications and services alongside developers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute load, stress, and endurance testing, delivering detailed reports.
• Develop performance test scripts using Gatling with advanced custom coding.
• Translate Non-Functional Requirements into precise test scenarios and comprehensive strategies.
• Implement chaos testing to evaluate system resilience under adverse conditions.
• Automate manual tasks to streamline performance testing and improve efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with performance test simulations, analysis, and monitoring.
• Hands-on experience with LoadRunner, JMeter, or K6.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, Git, Nexus, Puppet, or Chef.
• Experience designing and maintaining performance testing framework components.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, Grafana, Splunk, or Datadog.
• Experience creating test strategies and plans for enterprise-class applications.
• Understanding of cloud architectures (IaaS and PaaS).
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum and Waterfall SDLC.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in developing automated reporting for test results and metrics.
