Description

You will own the automation, stability, and deployment pipelines for the RPA platform environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain RPA environments across development, test, and production stages.
• Design and support CI/CD pipelines integrated with enterprise DevOps tooling.
• Optimize deployment processes to ensure secure bot releases.
• Implement and manage version control for automation assets and configurations.
• Schedule and monitor bot executions against business SLAs.

Required Skills

• 6+ years in DevOps or platform engineering.
• 3+ years of experience specifically in RPA environments.
• Hands-on experience with Blue Prism or similar RPA platforms.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of version control (Git) and scripting (PowerShell, Python).
• Experience with bot scheduling, monitoring, and orchestration.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Working knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Preferred Skills

• Experience troubleshooting and driving root cause analysis for platform incidents.
