Description

You will build and maintain platform automation, integrations, and tooling to ensure reliability and scalability across on-premises and private cloud environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation solutions using Python and Java.
• Deploy, configure, and support enterprise platforms in private cloud and on-premises settings.
• Provide L3 production support, troubleshooting issues across web servers, application servers, databases, and authentication systems.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical mentoring.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams on upgrades, incidents, and continuous operational excellence.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Application Support.
• 3+ years of hands-on Python development experience.
• Working knowledge of Java.
• Strong experience with Linux and Windows administration, scripting, and automation.
• Proficiency in SQL, preferably with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Knowledge of networking, load balancing, and distributed systems troubleshooting.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerized environments.

Preferred Skills

• Administration of Apache Tomcat and Apache Web Server.
• Experience with Ansible, Git, GitHub, and DevOps best practices.
• Knowledge of authentication technologies including OAuth, OIDC, SAML, Kerberos, and mTLS.
