Description

You will lead a team of DevOps engineers to design, develop, and implement reliable infrastructure systems and automated environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead DevOps engineers in gathering requirements and defining project end goals.
• Design and develop strategies for reliable infrastructure and scalable containerized systems using Kubernetes best practices.
• Drive automation across cloud orchestration, configuration management, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Build repeatable infrastructure using templates to minimize manual input and ensure safe, repeatable deployments.
• Diagnose and resolve application stack issues using monitoring and logging tools to meet SLA requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in production environments.
• Expertise in Kubernetes and Kubernetes configuration systems.
• Production experience with AWS services including VPC, EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, and CloudTrail.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or AWS Code Pipeline.
• Proficiency with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or SaltStack.
• Experience with distributed eventing systems like Kafka or Solace.
• Practical knowledge of logging solutions such as ELK, Splunk, or Loki.
• Strong Linux system administration skills (RedHat or Ubuntu).
• Ability to administer complex applications including ESB and messaging systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience troubleshooting application stacks including Apache, Tomcat, and Nginx.
