You will lead the strategic vision and operational management of the CI/CD platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Guide the strategic vision and management of the CI/CD platform to ensure operational excellence.
• Oversee CI/CD processes to ensure they remain efficient, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
• Lead a team of 5-7 professionals through technical guidance and cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage platform delivery using project management methodologies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development, DevOps, or CI/CD roles.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams of 5-7 people.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD tools including GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
• Hands-on experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Knowledge of configuration management tools like Chef, Ansible, or Puppet.
