You own the technical strategy and implementation for DevOps platforms and services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion the technical strategy for DevOps platforms, aligning with organizational objectives.
• Lead the design and implementation of new technologies and design patterns for experience platform services, migrating legacy pipeline infrastructure.
• Establish and certify best practices for containerizing applications for cloud deployment.
• Lead process re-engineering within the DevOps domain to streamline workflows and eliminate bottlenecks.
• Drive adoption of standard tools and pipelines, leading support for production releases focused on zero-touch deployments.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of relevant experience in DevOps platform services with principal engineering expertise.
• Hands-on expertise in establishing and implementing new technologies, design patterns, and frameworks.
• Proficiency with DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Python, CI/CD, Spring Boot, Github, Tekton, and Harness.
• Knowledge of immutable infrastructure and Policy-as-Code.
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, and ELK/Grafana stack.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Experience leading junior engineers within the DevOps team.
