You will manage the technology stack and distributed platforms to ensure system stability and service delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the technology stack to ensure service delivery through proactive system alerts.
• Troubleshoot application issues and manage incidents within high-pressure environments.
• Improve production plants and system stability for downstream consumers.
• Solve complex technical problems to improve existing systems.

Required Skills

• 1 to 5 years of practical experience in production support or a similar role.
• Working knowledge of UNIX/LINUX operating systems.
• Proficiency in scripting languages: Shell Scripting, Python, Perl, or JavaScript.
• Experience with relational databases: Sybase, DB2, SQL, or Postgres.
• Proven ability in incident management and application troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills for managing high-pressure situations.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or an engineering field.
• Familiarity with SRE principles (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, postmortems).
• Exposure to observability and orchestration tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Kubernetes, Docker, or Ansible.
