Description

You will manage production deployments and CI/CD pipelines within an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate production deployments based on Agile sprint requirements.
• Deploy products across both on-prem and cloud-based environments.
• Build, run, and maintain CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with the squad.
• Execute Operational Readiness Testing and act as the gatekeeper for product quality, risk mitigation, and compliance.
• Identify efficiency improvements and automation opportunities while maintaining security and controls.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Strong expertise in DevOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline management.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and sprint ceremonies.
• Experience with on-prem and cloud deployment models.
• Ability to act as a liaison between Production Operations and Tribe teams.
• Experience working within an Agile Control Framework.
