You will drive DevOps transformation strategies, architecting large-scale cloud solutions and mentoring teams on best practices.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud solutions.
• Coach and mentor internal leads and external teams on DevOps methodologies.
• Implement and refine CI/CD processes, establishing KPIs for continuous improvement.
• Drive product-aligned architectures and craft technology strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead cultural initiatives to improve cross-team communication and collaboration.

Required Skills

• 5-6 years of hands-on DevOps experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in Product Aligned Architectures.
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Solid experience with multi-cloud environments (AWS or Azure) at Architect or Practitioner level.
• Strong Linux/Unix system administration skills.
• Knowledge of automation, scripting, networking, and monitoring/logging.
• Experience with DevSecOps or Azure DevOps Engineer certifications.

Preferred Skills

• DevSecOps certification in AWS or Azure.
