Own system reliability, release pipelines, and automation for engineering teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify issues.
• Manage release and deployment processes to ensure safe, non-disruptive service delivery.
• Design and implement CI/CD tools and automation workflows.
• Define and monitor Service Level Objectives (SLOs) to meet reliability requirements.
• Diagnose system bottlenecks, respond to incidents, and implement fixes to minimize downtime.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in DevOps or SRE roles.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, JFrog, Ansible, Datical/Liquibase, SonarQube, Artifactory, and XLR.
• Strong experience with BitBucket flow, version control, and pull request workflows.
• Ability to work with Java and Python programming languages.
• Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Basic knowledge of Linux environments.
• Understanding of Application Development Security Framework and vulnerability remediation.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of the OpenShift platform.
• Experience with Cloud Architecture and Operations, including migration, resilience, and cost efficiency.
