ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer to build, automate, and optimize cloud-native infrastructure supporting healthcare applications. You will work across Kubernetes, observability, CI/CD, and cloud platforms to improve reliability, scalability, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in the Grafana ecosystem, eBPF-based observability, GitHub Actions, and modern DevOps practices while ensuring secure and compliant healthcare data operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure and Amazon EKS environments.
• Implement observability using Grafana Alloy, Grafana Beyla and the broader Grafana stack.
• Leverage eBPF for deep application and infrastructure observability.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Build and maintain automated testing infrastructure.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting and incident response best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve platform reliability and scalability.
• Ensure secure, compliant infrastructure for healthcare workloads.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years of DevOps / SRE experience

• Docker & Kubernetes
• Linux
• PHI / HIPAA-compliant data handling practices
• HL7 ADT message format knowledge
• Recent experience in Healthcare data domain
