Description

Define and implement the DevOps and Platform Engineering vision, establishing strategy and scaling engineering practices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Application, Infrastructure, and leadership teams to establish DevOps strategy.
• Partner with Software Teams to integrate application architecture, development, and testing requirements.
• Design solutions for observability and supportability within the application lifecycle.
• Scale existing engineering practices and plan for future platform capabilities.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience in technical roles.
• Deep understanding of DevOps methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with AWS.
• Experience working within Agile frameworks.
• Ability to bridge requirements between software development and infrastructure teams.
• Experience defining platform engineering roadmaps.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
