You will design, build, and support the tools and processes that enable engineering teams to deliver high-quality software at pace.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Harness, Git, Nexus, and SonarQube.
• Champion DevOps best practices, including Infrastructure as Code, automated testing, and monitoring, ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
• Support the deployment and operation of microservices on private and public cloud environments using Kubernetes and Istio.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks, automating manual processes, and sharing knowledge across teams.
• Ensure robust monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes are in place to maintain high availability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps engineering.
• Strong proficiency with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Harness, Git, Nexus, SonarQube.
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes.
• Experience with test automation tools: JUnit, Cucumber, Selenium.
• Proficiency with source control systems (Git), including branching strategies and code review practices.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (especially GCP) and Infrastructure as Code.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of messaging and streaming platforms (Kafka) and service mesh (Istio).
• Exposure to large-scale, regulated environments, preferably financial services.
